FST offers high quailty, State licensed programs to provide a wide range of services to people with disabilities.
FST programs include:
- Day Training & habilitation (DTH) for people with developmental disabilites
- Pre-Vocational/ supported employment (PVSE) training to help teach basic job skills and provide meaningful employment in the community.
- Adult Day Services
All of our progams:
- Are licensed by the State of Minnesota
- Are staffed by competent, caring people
- Provide transportation for all clients to and from programs and worksites
- Offer a food program
FST is the only agency in the area offering day training and services!

Below is a picture of FST's Catfish Float for the 2010 Catfish Days it won 2nd place, The title of the float is, "Catfish Luau with FST". One of our clients who is riding the float came up with the wonderful theme. Featured on the Float is our 4 ft Catfish created by FST's own Dan Kellner -Sawyer out of wire. It was then paper mached and painted by our ADS participants and staff. The float was decorated by the vocational clients and 4 vocational clients are riding the float with 2 staff from FST. This float was so much fun we already have ideas for next year.
