Stop in and check out the new Caregiver Lounge

Caregiver Consultant, Jen, is committed to supporting and encouraging local caregivers in any way that she can. Services provided include one-on-one consultations, resource referrals, access assistance (filing Medical Assistance, applying for waivered funding, etc), and plan large group events at no cost to the caregiver. She works to provide the caregiver with everything they need to do the best job they can caring for their loved one.
