Caregiver Support

Caregiver Consultants, Donna and Heather, are committed to supporting and encouraging local caregivers in any way that they can.  They provide one-on-one consultations, resource referrals, access assistance (filing Medical Assistance, applying for waivered funding, etc), and plan large group events at no cost to the caregiver.  They work to provide the caregiver with everything they need to do the best job they can caring for their loved one.  Please contact Donna or Heather for more information or if you are interested in becoming a registered caregiver.
